Free shipping for orders of $100.00 or more (Canada - $200.00)

Orders are normally shipped the next business day depending on available stock.
Orders unable to ship by the 3nd business day will be sent a notice via email with an estimated shipping date.
(Business days are Monday thru Friday)

Orders received on Friday & Saturday are processed and shipped on Monday
Orders received on Sunday normally are processed on Monday and shipped on Tuesday.

Our Office and Warehouse is closed on Saturday, Sunday, and all US Postal Service Holidays.

We currently ship to the 50 U.S. States, territories covered by US Zipcode, APO/FPO, and Canada.

Orders normally are shipped via US Postal Service - depending on size & weight.
Normal delivery time is 3-7 business days to most locations once the order has been shipped.

Orders containing Toner Cartridges are shipped via UPS and take 2-7 business days for delivery.
Toner cartridges can only be shipped within the US to the 48 connecting states.

Canadian orders normally ship via US Postal Service Global Priority Mail or US Postal Service Air Parcel Post depending on size and weight.
Delivery times can be 7 - 15 business days to some locations. These are estimated times according to USPS - delivery times may vary and are not guaranteed.

Larger orders over $100.00 may require a signature on delivery.

Guarantees, Warranty, Returns & Cancellations

If you need to cancel, Email Us within 4 hours or the shipping charge may apply. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

We reserve the right to offer a replacement order for any package lost or damaged the US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx or DHL.

If you have a problem with a product or order and you need to return a product for any reason, contact us by email ASAP for instructions and/or authorization. A sales receipt may be required for any products being returned. To obtain a refund, products must be returned. Please contact us for return instructions. Shipping costs are normally non-refundable. Any unopened products being returned for a refund or credit must be received within 180 days from the original sale date.

Our compatible brand Epson, Canon, Brother and some HP compatible ink cartridges are 100% guaranteed for one (1) year against manufacturing defects. Wide Format Epson compatible cartridges (4000/9600/7600/7800/10000/4800 etc.) are guaranteed for 180 days. Warranty limited to one set of cartridges per order or two of one color. Returned products with more than 75% ink will be issued full credit. Cartridges with less than 75% will be issued a credit based on the amount of ink.

All Lexmark, Dell, most HP and some Canon ink cartridges are remanufactured products and are 100% guaranteed for nine (9) months against defects. Warranty limited to one set of cartridges per order or two of one color.

Genuine OEM Canon cartridges: Unopened cartridges may be returned within 90 days from the purchase date. All genuine Canon cartridges carry a 30 day replacement warranty. If you need to return a product Email Us for return authorization and instructions. Canon currently does not honor returns from resellers. After 30 days, customers who purchased genuine Canon OEM cartridges must contact Canon to obtain return merchandise authorization.

Toner, Laser and Fax cartridges are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase against defects.

CD-Rom products must be returned within 30 days, if found to be defective and can only be exchanged for the same title. Unopened software products can be returned within 90 days for a refund, if applicable.

Any items ordered incorrectly will be liable for the actual shipping charge, regardless of the order total. Restocking fees are charged for orders returned by the US Postal Service or UPS, due to an incorrect mailing/shipping address, a refused or undeliverable order and may be liable for the actual shipping charge regardless of the order total and a restocking fee of 15%. Products returned without authorization may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

All order shortages, errors or price adjustments must be made within 15 days of shipment. If there is a problem or error with your order or an order shortage please contact us by Email immediately.

All ink and fax cartridges listed are 100% New, compatible brand (not OEM) products unless indicated as a remanufactured inkjet cartridge and come in a retail box unless otherwise indicated. All ink jet cartridges, fax cartridges, fax refill film rolls and remanufactured cartridges are 100% guaranteed. CD-Rom products must be returned within 90 days, if found to be defective.
