Unfortunately, due to a General Exclusion Order on 10/19/2007 issued by the United
States International Trade Commission, all new Epson compatible brand
desktop printer cartridges from all manufacturers can no longer be imported
into the United States. In this latest
action Epson was successfully able to convince the US ITC that most new
Epson compatible cartridges were violating several patents for their
cartridges. Since 100% of the Epson compatibles are
imported, all factory affiliates in this country can no longer legally sell
them.
The exclusion order was a severe blow to the
compatible ink cartridge industry and more so for you the consumer. We are
sure you are well aware of the high cost of genuine OEM cartridges.
With no legal new compatible
products available, we began sales of remanufactured Epson ink cartridges. These products were found to work just as well as
the new compatibles and would be about the same price.
Unfortunately, many of the
legal remanufactured Epson cartridges are not always available or available
only in limited quantities due to very high demand for the products; therefore, you may not see the Add to Shopping Cart button.

cartridges become available, expected restock dates or news of alternative
