We accept Purchase Orders from public Schools, Colleges , and Universities located in the United States. Please ensure that the purchase order is legibly signed and a fax number is included. Fax or mail the purchase order to the number or address listed below. A order confirmation fax can be sent to any purchase order sent to us. Simply note that you would like a confirming fax. All school purchase orders may require verification and/or order confirmation. Please provide a fax number from the office placing the order.

If you order through the website by credit card, a confirmation email is automatically sent within minutes of an online order.

All printer ink cartridges, fax cartridges, fax refill rolls and toner cartridges listed are compatible brand or remanufactured ink products unless indicated as a genuine OEM product. All inkjet, fax, toner and ink cartridge products are ISO 9001 / 14001 certified and replacement guaranteed for one year.

All CD-Roms are New, factory issued licensed software sealed in a Jewel Case, Flat-Pack, or Sleeve unless indicated as retail box and designed mainly to run on Windows 95/98/Me/XP based computer systems. All instructions or documentation is included on the CD Rom. Any CD Rom product found to be defective can be returned within 90 days and will be exchanged for the same title. Unopened software can be returned within 90 days for a refund, if applicable.

Most orders ship the following business day, except where noted. Most packages are sent via the US Postal Service Priority Mail. Toner products and larger packages may be sent via UPS. Delivery for most items will occur within 2-4 business days, depending on your location. Shipping is $6.95 for orders under $100.00. Free shipping on orders over $100.00
